About Star Goat

Star Goat is a free space shooter for the browser. Pilot a plucky space goat through six alien stages: an asteroid belt, an ice planet, a buzzing hive, a space junkyard, a blazing sun and the mothership. Every stage has a mid-boss and a multi-phase boss with bullet patterns to read and dodge. Power up spread, laser or homing shots, add wingman drones, chain medals for huge scores and unlock eight ships.

Six stages, big bosses

Rockjaw, Glacius, the Hive Queen, Scrapzilla, Solaris and Emperor Zorg, each with several attack phases.

Power up

Four weapons that level up to 5, wingman drones, shields and a Goat Nova bomb that turns bullets into points.

For every skill level

Easy has slower bullets and extra lives for kids and casual players; Hard is a real test. Survival mode is endless.

Chase the score

Medal chains, combos and grazing for big scores, top-10 tables and eight ships to unlock.
