A free game like Frostpunk, in your browser
Frostpunk is a paid PC game. If you want that same "keep the town alive and make the hard calls" feeling for free, without installing anything, Last Siren is built around it.
What Last Siren shares with Frostpunk
You run a whole town through a disaster you can see coming. You place buildings, assign workers, research upgrades and sign laws that buy survival at the cost of your people's trust. Hope and panic work like Frostpunk's hope and discontent: let them slip and the town removes you. You also pick a side, the Colonel's martial order or the Reverend's church, much like Frostpunk's Order or Faith.
What is different
Instead of endless cold, the threat is a nuclear test gone wrong in 1957 Nevada. You get under two weeks to prepare before the flash, then the fallout plume, black rain and two more weeks of rationing and sickness until the relief convoy arrives. Scouting runs to places like a fallen B-52 and ground zero itself cost radiation dose instead of heat. A run takes a few hours, not a weekend.
How to play
